Once your order is loaded on your truck or trailer, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. If it is determined that we loaded the wrong product, we will take steps to ensure that you receive the product that you ordered.
For deliveries, if we arrive at your property and we are unable to dump the product in the area you choose because it is in a prohibitive area, we will return the product. We will refund to you the amount of the product, but you will still be responsible for the delivery fee.
